With Wizard Willowbrook's magical guidance, we've created a pumpkin patch with an extra dose of enchantment. He added his own special brand of wizardry to the attractions and activities, meaning that our Patch is not only THE place to pick the perfect pumpkin but also a place to experience a truly magical adventure.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing tickets and visiting the Droxford Pumpkin Patch located at Lycroft Farm, Park Lane, SO32 2QQ. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the activities at the pumpkin patch, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry:

1.1. All visitors, including adults and children, must have a valid ticket to enter the pumpkin patch.

1.2. Tickets can be purchased online through our website or on-site at the farm's designated ticket counter.

1.3. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided in Clause 3 (Cancellation and Refunds).

1.4. Entry to the pumpkin patch is subject to availability and may be restricted during peak times.

1.5. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

2. Farm Rules and Safety:

2.1. Visitors must adhere to all posted signs, guidelines, and instructions provided by farm staff.

2.2. Visitors are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. The farm will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.

2.3. Visitors must not enter restricted areas, machinery zones, or engage in any behaviour that may disturb the farm's operations or endanger themselves and others.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

3.1. In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the farm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the pumpkin patch visit.

3.2. If the farm cancels the event, visitors will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3.3. Refund requests from visitors will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.

4. Conduct and Behavior:

4.1. Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards farm staff, other visitors, and the property itself.

4.2. Any form of harassment, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

4.3. Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the farm property.

5. Photography and Media:

5.1. Visitors may take photographs for personal use and sharing on social media. However, commercial photography, videography, and drone usage require prior written consent from the farm.

5.2. By entering the farm premises, visitors grant the farm the right to use their likeness in promotional materials without compensation.

6. Liability and Release:

6.1. Visitors acknowledge that participating in activities on a farm involves inherent risks. By entering the farm premises, visitors release the farm, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from their visit.

6.2. Visitors are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the farm environment.

7. Changes to Terms:

7.1. The farm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the farm's website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the pumpkin patch at Lycroft Farm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
